Unsubscribe From Ozark Lintel Mortgage Emails

Updated November 2026

To stop Ozark Lintel marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link supplied in the message you received. Identify the sender before clicking: this preference concerns that sender's marketing list, not every mortgage company or agency. You do not need to request a loan quote or submit a financial application to opt out.

Keep your request limited to marketing preferences

InformationWhat to do
Subscribed email addressUse only the address receiving the messages
Campaign subjectRetain it if you need to identify the sender
Identity and financial recordsDo not send these for an unsubscribe request
Mortgage application statusDiscuss separately with the lender handling the application

Do not provide a Social Security number, bank statement, password, security code or loan document to unsubscribe. If a message lacks a working unsubscribe route, use the sender's verified contact details from the original message. Do not guess an email address or send sensitive information to an unverified mailbox. Keep a copy of your request if messages continue. The FTC guidance on unwanted emails explains additional steps for unwanted marketing and suspicious messages.

Separate marketing from transaction notices

Changing marketing preferences does not cancel an application, release a mortgage lien, modify a rate lock or stop legally required servicing notices. If you are in an active purchase or refinance, ask the lender which communications remain necessary and how to update contact preferences securely. An opt-out with one sender does not automatically affect a different lender or comparison service.

Continue using public resources

You can read the mortgage options guide without subscribing to marketing. Use the monthly payment calculator for principal, interest, taxes and insurance, and the closing cost estimator for upfront cash. A calculator estimate is not a credit decision or a rate lock. Keep HOA dues, maintenance and any second mortgage separate if the calculator does not include them.

Independent housing information remains available through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Arkansas Development Finance Authority and Arkansas Assessment Coordination Division. Recheck current requirements before relying on an older promotional message; a prior rate or assistance advertisement does not establish current availability.

Editorial Methodology & Primary Sources

Verification date: Not recorded; check the primary source and lender timestamp before relying on an estimate.

Rate comparisons use participating lender feeds, not a whole-market survey or guaranteed offers. Freddie Mac PMMS is a market benchmark, not a personalized quote. Calculator models rely on published regulatory formulas and disclosed assumptions rather than fabricated first-person loan testing.

Monthly principal and interest use the amortization formula P × r / (1 − (1 + r)−n), where r is the monthly note rate and n is the number of payments; at zero interest use P / n. PITI adds monthly property taxes and homeowners insurance; PMI is separate. APR includes applicable finance charges under Regulation Z and is not the note rate used for payments. Compare lender Loan Estimates for actual APR and fees.

The payment snapshot uses illustrative annual taxes of 1% of home price, $1,200 insurance and 0.5% PMI below 20% down, not verified local quotes. Other calculators disclose their inputs and assumptions. Published guidance and lender feeds may change independently; confirm current program rules, taxes and offers before a decision.
